I used to have the Legacy variant - in non-GT form with the 4-Speed Automatic.

Despite it's obvious drawbacks, it was a spectacular car.

One thing you should look into doing is replacing the horn. Aside from sounding like the wimpiest horn around, it's downright unsafe - you can't hear it at highway speeds!

Yeah, I've had a base model '02 Outback since 2010 and while it was certainly a "no frills" car I loved it. Knew I wanted another Outback, and since the turbo model's fuel economy is only 1-2 mpg off the N/A version I decided to go for it. So far it's a great choice.

Yep, that's the exact one. 2008 in Newport blue. Engine is the 2.5L turbo. Tires are Dunlop, 225/55R17. Are you looking for an Outback in general or specifically an Outback XT?
